Cancellations: Cancellation should be done within 24 hours so that a full refund will be given. We can accept cancellation notices for up to 48 hours.
Returns: Items may be returned at any point within 7 days of purchase for a no questions asked refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
Items may be returned for warranty repair or replacement within 180 days of purchase, regardless of fault due to parts or labour. Manufacturer warranties may extend this timescale significantly, depending on the product.
